We had a nice relaxing Christmas Eve brunch at the Polo Club with Lee, Christel, Oscar and Matilda. It was on the terrace overlooking the polo fields so we also got to enjoy watching a game of polo. Then it was home for the putting out of food for Santa and the reindeer then the all important stockings on the ends of beds.

The Madinat Winter Wonderland is the other must do Christmas event in Dubai. We had some added festive cheer on the way home when Daisy (who had a virus) threw up all over the car. Nice.

Another rocking Sevens weekend, woo! On the Friday we all went along with Kath, Gav, Leo and Eva. Andy had a boys day on the Saturday and we also managed to fit in an Akon concert in town on the Friday night. It took a few days to recover...

Daisy's school put on it's usual great National Day celebrations which the kids really enjoyed. Anything that involves camels is normally a winner in their books.

Whilst I shower in the mornings, the boys hang out in Zach's room. Zach likes to read Bastie books and give him manly diggers to play with.

In November our lovely friends Tara, Dajon, Sanna and Elleke moved back to Australia. Grim. We enjoyed breakfast at The Address Downtown Burj Khalifa shortly before they left.
